Terms, refunds and privacy

The plain-language rules for buying and using Seven Day Ship Vault.

Last updated 2026-11-07

Terms of sale

These terms cover buying Seven Day Ship Vault (“the vault”) from Seven Day Ship (“we” or “us”) at https://sevendayship.pages.dev.

What you're buying

  • A digital download: a .zip file containing an Obsidian vault of Markdown notes. Nothing physical is shipped.
  • You need the free Obsidian app to use it. The prompts work with Claude's free plan. Any paid plans or other tools you choose are covered by their own terms.

Price and payment

  • The price is a one-time payment, shown on this site and at checkout before you pay. There is no subscription.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your full card details.

Delivery

  • Delivery is instant and digital. After you pay, Stripe sends you to your download page.
  • The download page works for 30 days from purchase, for up to 15 downloads. Save the .zip somewhere safe.
  • If something goes wrong with your download, email us and we'll help.

Your license

You get a personal license. The license summary below explains what you can and can't do.

No income promised

The vault teaches a method for making and selling a digital product. We don't promise income, sales, followers or any other result. What happens depends on your topic, your audience, your effort and things outside anyone's control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you bought applies to your purchase.

Refunds

  • No change-of-mind refunds. The vault is an instant digital download, so we don't refund purchases because you changed your mind.
  • Faulty, not as described, or never arrived? If the file is broken, isn't what this site described, or never reached you, tell us. We'll fix it or refund you.
  • Your rights come first. Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you have under the law where you live.

To ask for help or a refund, email hello@example.com from the address you used at checkout and tell us what went wrong.

Privacy

We collect as little as we can, and only what we need to sell and deliver the vault.

Payments (Stripe)

Stripe processes payments and collects your payment details, name and email under its own privacy policy. We don't receive your full card number.

Our download service

When you buy, our download service stores:

  • the Stripe checkout session ID
  • your email address
  • when you bought and which product
  • how many times you've downloaded it
  • the campaign tag your checkout link carried, for example which reel or post sent you

We use this to deliver the product, to prevent abuse (such as a download link being passed around) and to see which posts lead to sales.

This website

  • Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.
  • We don't use advertising trackers or retargeting pixels, and we don't sell your data.
  • We may use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits and button clicks without building a profile of you.
  • If you arrive through a tagged link, this site keeps the campaign tag in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so it can be added to the checkout link.

The free Starter (Gumroad)

Seven Day Ship Starter is delivered by Gumroad, which collects your email and handles that delivery under its own privacy policy.

Instagram

If you comment on our posts or message us on Instagram, including the automatic DM that sends our link, Instagram's own policies apply to those messages.

Seeing or deleting your data

To get a copy of the data we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, email hello@example.com from the address you used. We may have to keep some purchase records where the law requires it, for example for tax. Stripe and Gumroad keep their own records, and you can contact them directly.

License summary

When you buy Seven Day Ship Vault, you get a personal license for one buyer: you.

You can

  • Use the vault yourself, on your own devices.
  • Use its prompts and templates to create your own products, including paid ones.

You can't

  • Resell, share or publish the vault, or upload it anywhere others can download it.
  • Repackage substantial parts of its text as your own product.

The vault comes with no warranty of results. The full license is the License note inside the vault, in the 99 Resources folder.

Contact

Email is best for anything about an order, a download or a refund: hello@example.com.
