Who it's for
For beginners who know one thing well.
A job skill, a deep hobby, a problem you solved in your own life. If people already ask you how you did it, that's a good place to start.
For you if…
You know something worth teaching, but you've never made a digital product.
You're not a coder, and you'd rather not become one this week.
You want to know exactly what to do today, not another course full of theory.
You can set aside about 1–2 hours most days for a week, plus a longer session on the writing day.
You're willing to share real numbers, even small ones.
Not for you if…
You want a promise of income. There isn't one here, and be wary of anyone who makes one.
You want it done for you. Claude helps you write; the knowledge and the decisions are yours.
You already sell digital products and want advanced growth tactics.
You plan to give medical, legal or financial advice without the credentials for it.
The 7-day sprint
One mission a day. Something to show for each one.
Every day is a note in the vault: a goal, numbered steps, the exact prompts and templates to use, a “done when” checklist and an idea for today's proof post. Most days take about 1–2 hours. Day 4, the writing day, takes about 3–4.
Stage: ideaAbout 1–2 hours
Day 1 · Pick One Problem
Choose one specific problem, for one specific person, that you can already solve with what you know.
Brain dump. A 20-minute interview: Claude asks the questions, you answer.
List 10 problems you could solve for someone.
Score your top 3 on pain, specificity, your credibility, a reachable audience, willingness to pay and whether it fits a vault.
Draft a one-sentence promise.
Sanity-check it: would someone pay $20–30 to skip a week of figuring this out?
Deliverable
A filled Idea Scorecard and a one-sentence promise.

Day 2 · Validate Before You Build
Find evidence that people want this before you write a single lesson.
Search for signals: questions in forums, Reddit and YouTube comments, and complaints in reviews of related books and courses.
Scan the competition: what exists, what it costs, what reviewers wish it did.
Talk to 3–5 people with quick conversations or DM polls, using the Customer Interview template.
Ask your audience with a “would you want this?” story poll or reel.
Decide: go, narrow or switch, using clear criteria, then tighten the offer with the Offer Builder prompt.
Deliverable
A validation note with your evidence and a decision.

Day 3 · Map Your Vault
Design the product before you write it.
Define the transformation: where your buyer starts, and where they end up.
Pick an architecture: sprint, course, toolkit or reference.
List 5–12 lessons and 3–6 tools or templates, and plan a start-here note.
Draft it with the Vault Outline prompt, then edit it by hand.
Build the skeleton in a new vault: folders, hub notes and empty linked notes. Cut scope hard for v1.

Draft every core lesson. Your knowledge is the source; Claude is the writing partner. This is the longest day of the sprint.
Set up a Claude Project with the ready-made Project Instructions, your outline and your brain dump.
Write one lesson per chat with the Lesson Writer prompt, following the Lesson template.
Add what only you have: your stories, your examples, your opinions.
Fact-check every lesson with the Fact Check prompt.
Time-box each lesson to about 45 minutes, and park extras on a “later” list.

Write your start-here note.
Tidy up: consistent properties, working links, graph color groups and, if you like, a canvas map.
Run the Vault QA Checklist.

Day 6 · Package, Price and Deliver
Make it buyable.
Set your price.
Zip it with a version number and a changelog.

Pick a delivery path: a storefront like Gumroad is fastest; a Stripe payment link plus your own download page gives you more control.

Day 7 · Launch the Funnel
Connect your content to your checkout.
Switch to an Instagram professional account and write your bio and link.
Set up comment-to-DM automation: a keyword, public reply variants, and a DM with your link and a tracking tag for each reel.
Script, record and post your first 3 faceless reels.
After Day 7: the 30-day loop.Daily: post 1–3 reels, answer DMs, log your numbers. Weekly: find the weakest step and fix it. Day 30: double down, reposition, or start the next product.

Missions, not modules
Each day ends with a deliverable you can point to and a checklist that tells you when you're done.
A prompt for every step
Copy the block, fill in the [BRACKETS], paste it into Claude. Every prompt tells Claude to ask before guessing and never to invent facts.
A full worked example
The Toast Kit: an example product built with the method, from its promise to its sales page and reel scripts. Written to teach, so it has no sales data.
Honest by design
A Proof Log for your real numbers, a playbook on earnings claims, and no fake results, here or in the vault.
Built in public
Our real numbers go on Instagram.
We're running the same funnel the vault teaches, and logging it the way the vault tells you to: views, keyword comments, link clicks, sales. The good weeks and the flat ones.
There are no numbers yet. We've just launched, and an empty log beats a made-up one.
Our Proof Log as of 2026-11-07. We only post numbers we can show.
How this page found you
You just walked through the funnel.
Five steps, from a reel to a download. The vault shows you how to build each one on Days 6 and 7. The Launch Kit will hand you the working parts.
A reel
A short faceless video: a screen recording with text on top. No face, no studio.
Core: Day 7
A comment
You commented SHIP. That one word is the trigger.
Core: Day 7 · Kit: DM flows
A DM
An automation sent you the link in a DM. Each reel's link carries its own tag.

Checkout
This page, then a Stripe checkout. The tag comes along, so a sale can be traced back to the post behind it.
Core: Day 6 · Kit: site + checkout
Download
After you pay, you land on a download page that works for 30 days.

FAQ
Straight answers.
Is this a course?
Not in the video sense. It's an Obsidian vault: a folder of linked Markdown notes you open in the free Obsidian app. Each sprint day is a mission note with steps, prompts and templates, so you read a little and do a lot.
Do I need to be an expert?
No. You need to know more than the person you're helping, and be honest about whether that's experience or expertise. Day 1 helps you find what you already know, and the playbooks show you how to talk about it truthfully.
Do I need to code?
No. Obsidian is an app you install. For checkout, the vault compares no-code options, from a storefront to a Stripe payment link, and helps you pick one.
What else will I pay for?
Obsidian is free. Claude's free plan works but has usage limits; a paid plan gives you more room, which helps most on Day 4. Payment platforms take a fee per sale, and some DM automation tools have paid tiers. Check current pricing; the vault's Tool Stack note starts with the free options.
Do I have to show my face?
No. The reels are faceless: screen recordings, text on screen and captions.
Will I make money?
We can't promise that, and nobody honest can. It depends on your topic, your audience, your offer and the work you put in. What you get is a method, the tools and a way to read your numbers, so you can find the weakest step and fix it.
How do I get the files?
Right after you pay, Stripe sends you to a download page. It works for 30 days, for up to 15 downloads. You get a .zip: unzip it, open Obsidian, choose “Open folder as vault” and start with the Start Here note.
Can I do it all on my phone?
You can read the vault in Obsidian's mobile app, but plan to do the building on a computer. Writing lessons and setting up a checkout are much easier with a keyboard.
Can I sell what I make with it?
Yes. Your license lets you use the prompts and templates to build your own products, including paid ones. What you can't do is resell or share the vault itself. License summary.
Can I get a refund?
It's an instant download, so there are no change-of-mind refunds. If the file is faulty, isn't as described or never arrives, we'll fix it or refund you. Nothing in our policy limits your consumer rights where you live. Refund policy.
What is the Launch Kit?
The working parts of the funnel that brought you here: this site, the Stripe checkout and download delivery, and the DM flows. It isn't for sale yet. Get the free Starter to hear first.
Ship what you know.
What do people already ask you to help with?
Start there. A 7-day Obsidian vault that takes you from what you know to a product you can sell, with Claude doing the heavy lifting.
